DELIVERY

We currently deliver our products to most countries around the world. Please see below for a breakdown of our delivery services.

Standard UK Delivery - FREE

  • Deliveries for women's plus size clothing will be made the next working day after you place your order (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
  • Your order will be despatched via UPS but where necessary we may use a different carrier from time to time.
  • A calling card may be left if you are not in when we try to deliver your parcel, simply follow the information to rearrange delivery or check with your neighbours
  • We use a full Tracked service so you can monitor delivery at every step of the way.
  • Please Note we are unable to change the shipping address once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery to Europe - £20 per box (up to 10KG)

  • Please note that this is a rate based on weight and number of items, the delivery time will vary depending on the delivery destination and the service offered.

USA Delivery - £25 per box (up to 10KG

  • Please note that this is a rate based on weight and number of items, the delivery time will vary depending on the delivery destination and the service offered.

Australia Delivery - £30 per box (up to 10KG

  • Please note that this is a rate based on weight and number of items, the delivery time will vary depending on the delivery destination and the service offered.

Faulty Item

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. If you have received a faulty item please Contact Us with your order number, your name and address, product details, reason for the return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed. Occasionally we find garments to be damaged when we are processing items to be despatched. In these cases, if we have no others in stock, you will be contacted and a full refund issued.

Missing Item

Occasionally we donít send all your order at the same time, first check your delivery note to see if any items are listed to be sent separately. If the delivery note says an item should be in your parcel but it isn't then please Contact Us with your order number and product details of the item you wanted. If for any reason we cannot send your missing item we will issue a refund.

Incorrect Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item please Contact Us with your order number, your name and address, product details, reason for the return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed.

RETURNS

We guarantee to refund any item of plus size clothing for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All garments must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund for the amount paid less the original delivery charge.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery; please note refunds will be processed within 7 days of original receipt. We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.

The right to return plus size clothes to us will not apply in the following circumstances: in the event that the product has been worn and the original tags are not in place (please take care when trying on your item that you are not wearing perfume or makeup). We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any relevant documentation.

Please use a tracked or recorded postal service to return your item and keep all proof of posting. We may request proof of postage if any problems arise with your return.

The provisions of our Returns & Exchanges Policy do not affect your statutory rights.
