How do I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing through our products and seclecting ‘add to bag’. From there you can proceed to checkout with your registered details.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order if you contact us before 15:00GMT on the date of the order. If you contact us to cancel after this time, your order will already have been processed. In these cases, you are free to return the item to us for a refund upon its arrival.

Can I amend my order after it has been made?

We may be able to amend orders if we are contacted before the shipment has been despatched, however this is not guaranteed. Please take care when selecting you size and inputting your personal details at the time of your order to avoid any mistakes.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We accept worldwide orders.


Which delivery service do you use for standard delivery?

We use UPS for our standard delivery. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request. Please allow 14 days before contacting us about a missing order

When will my order arrive?

If you have chosen our standard delivery option, your order should arrive within 1-2 working days. For international deliveries to the Eastern Europe, your order should take 3-5 working days; for Western Europe 5-7 working days; and for the Rest of World your order can take 8-10 working days.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

UPS parcels do require a signature. If you are out when UPS attempt to deliver they may leave your item with a neighbour or in a safe place.

My tracking number says my item is delivered but I don’t have it.

If your tracking is showing as delivered, please check with UPS for further information on your delivery. UPS may also leave a calling card with details on how to collect your item from your local office.


The item I want is showing as out of stock, can I order it over the phone?

We do not have the facilities to be able to process phone orders. If an item is showing as out of stock it means it is unavailable. If we get any more in stock, it will show as available.

What are the measurements for my item?

Please refer to our size guide. All measurements are approximate and are for guidance only.


How can I subscribe to your mailing list?

You can subscribe by entering your details at the bottom of our site and clicking submit. To unsubscribe, please follow the link in the email.

Where do you manufacture your items?

We source our product from all over the world. Specific information can be found on the care label within your garment.

What material is the item made from?

We list all material information on the product pages.
