How to contact us

As an online retailer we can be more efficient if we deal with your queries via email rather than by telephone. We will send you a notification email and endeavour to respond to your query as soon as possible if not immediately.

We are more than happy to receive feedback for our women's plus size clothing - good or bad and any suggestions as to how we can improve the site, simply email us at info@plazacollection.com.

How to Order

Simply browse the plus size clothing categories at the top of the homepage selecting the type of item you want, you can then refine your search choosing, size, brand or type until you find what you are looking for.

Account sign up?

You will need to set up an account to place your order; this will make ordering simple as you wonít have to fill in your details each time. More importantly this will enable you to receive special offers and exclusive discounts and benefits.

How do I pay for my order?

You have plenty of payment options and of course we take security very seriously, we promise to take great care of your details.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us in order to maintain security and prevent fraudulent transactions.

Euro Transactions

If you wish to view a product's price in Euros simply select the item from the main listings page which will take you to the product details; you will then be able to convert the sterling price to Euro.

Please note the Euro price will reflect the current exchange rate, we do not inflate prices when selling outside of the UK.

These rates are for guideline purposes only. All transactions will be processed in Pounds Sterling using the current exchange rate which in the case of refunds may differ from the rate at the time of purchase.

We currently deliver to Ireland & Europe but will be adding more Worldwide delivery options in the near future.

Discounts

We value your custom and so from time to time we would like to spoil you with a money off discount or a special offer.

Once your account is set up we will email you with details of any offers. Donít forget to look out for special promotions or discounts in selected magazines/press and check the terms and conditions of each offer as they can vary.

Note-unfortunately if you forget to use your discount code when purchasing then we canít apply it afterwards .However, it may still be valid for use on a subsequent order.

Order Cancellations

The UKís Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased at Plazacollection.com and receive a full refund.

Please notify us of your cancellation in writing, quoting your order number. You have up to 7 working days after you item/s are received to inform us at info@plazacollection.com

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return your item/s to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to issue a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) once we receive your unwanted item/s. You may prefer to exchange your item/s for a different colour or size. Items marked with a + are non returnable for hygiene reasons

A Return document can be found in your parcel, please fill this in with as much detail as possible and include it when you return your goods.

Please note

  • You are responsible for the return until it reaches us therefore we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • It may take up to 7 days for us to process returns, especially during busy periods.
  • We will endeavour to refund you as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your return.
  • If you received a discount on your original order, the amount refunded will reflect the discounted order value.
  • This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

*Note: when trying on items of plus size clothes, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any relevant documentation.

Faulty Item

If you have received a faulty item please contact us at info@plazacollection.co.uk with your order number, your name and address, product details, reason for the return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed.

Incorrect Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item please contact us at info@plazacollection.co.uk with your order number, your name and address, product details, reason for the return and if you require a refund or a replacement. You will receive an email from us advising you on how to proceed.

Missing Item

Occasionally we donít send all your order at the same time, first check your delivery note to see if any items are listed to be sent separately. If you are still missing listed items then please contact us at info@plazacollection.co.uk with your order number and product details of the item you wanted. If for any reason we cannot send your missing item we will issue a refund.

Delivery Details

We currently deliver to the UK & worldwide.

To find out if we deliver to your country simply check this list. If your country isnít listed unfortunately we cannot deliver there at the moment.

Standard UK Delivery - ?10 per box (up to 10KG)

  • Deliveries for women's plus size clothing will be made the next working day after you place your order (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
  • Your order will be despatched via UPS but where necessary we may use a different carrier from time to time.
  • A calling card may be left if you are not in when we try to deliver your parcel, simply follow the information to rearrange delivery or check with your neighbours
  • We use a full Tracked service so you can monitor delivery at every step of the way.
  • Please Note we are unable to change the shipping address once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery to Europe - ?20 per box (up to 10KG)

  • Please note that this is a rate based on weight and number of items, the delivery time will vary depending on the delivery destination and the service offered.

USA Delivery - ?25 per box (up to 10KG)

  • Please note that this is a rate based on weight and number of items, the delivery time will vary depending on the delivery destination and the service offered.

Australia Delivery - ?30 per box (up to 10KG)

  • Please note that this is a rate based on weight and number of items, the delivery time will vary depending on the delivery destination and the service offered.
