Returning an item? No worries! We're here to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Get in touch with our friendly staff either by phone at +44 (0)161 832 1555 or via email at contact@plazacollection.com.
Include your order number in the subject line so our team can easily find your purchase, and generate your Returns Request Number.
Without a Returns Request Number your delivery may be refuse, so please make sure to contact us prior to returning.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Ensure that all items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached
Make sure to securely package your items for re-delivery and clearly label your returned items with your order number.
Damaged items should be reported as soon as possible, within 14 days of delivery.
Step 3: Post Your Order
Refunds may take between 1-5 working days to process, depending on your payment method.
Please note, we won't be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs while the returns are in transit or with third parties.
For this reason, we recommend sending all returns tracked and insured up to their full retail value.
Step 4: Processing Time
We aim to process all refunds between 1-5 working days.
If you have not received an email confirming your refund within 5 working days, please do reach out to us.
Once refunded, your funds may take 3-5 working days to return to your original payment method.
Fair Returns Policy
We trust that you'll return items in a resalable condition, with tags attached and unworn for extended periods. However, if we suspect misuse, we reserve the right to take necessary actions, including deactivating accounts.

Please note that sale or clearance items cannot be returned due to their discounted nature.
Please Return all UK orders within 5 working days and international orders within 7 working days.
